Glenn Hoddle and Dennis Wise have already agreed to take part in the game, while Ferdinand may be also be involved.
Peacock, whose second spell with Rangers ended when he left the club last summer, will play for the QPR side.
Peacock made 103 appearances for Chelsea, who have promised to field a strong team for the game.
"I had some great times at both QPR and Chelsea, and this will be a chance to say goodbye to supporters I had a great relationship with," Peacock said.
"I’ll play some part myself and there will be a few surprise guests turning out for the QPR team alongside me. Glenn and Dennis have already confirmed and hopefully there will be more."
