Swans slip to defeat - Teamtalk.com
A woeful performance by lacklustre Swansea gifted bottom club Carlisle a vital 2-1 victory.

Swansea went ahead after 15 minutes thanks to a howler from visiting keeper Peter Keen, who allowed Paul Connor's header to slip through his legs and trickle over the line.

Carlisle plugged away looking for an equaliser and it came in the 26th minute when referee Nick Fletcher pointed to the spot after Alan Tate had fouled Craig Farrell in the box.

Farrell picked himself up and slotted the spot-kick wide of the diving Roger Freestone in the home goal.

Carlisle deservedly went ahead on the hour when veteran Andy Preece made a break down the left flank and his low cross was met by Peter Duffield who fired his shot over the advancing Freestone.
