James Thomas, Wales most capped player at Under 21 level gets his first call up for the full squad. The Swansea City striker will travel to Baku for wednesdays game against Azerbijan.

Robbie Savage, Mark Pembridge, Craig Bellamy, Andy Johnson, Jason Koumas, Nathan Blake and Gareth Taylor have all been ruled out but danny Gabbidon will travel, although he might not be fit enough for the match.
