Wolves Manager
Dave Jones has commented on the latest news regarding Ipswich Goalkeeper
Andy Marshall, Guatemalan Striker Carlos Ruiz, but would not comment on
reports linking Wolves to Ex-Manchester Star Dwight Yorke.
It
was believed that Andy Marshall had rejected the chance to join Wolves
until the end of the season, but Wolves Manager Dave Jones has confirmed
that talks between the player and Ipswich are ongoing.
"We
are trying to see if we can carry on with the arrangement but if not
then Carl Ikeme will be on the bench for the Kidderminster game"
Said Jones.
Jones
added that he is still waiting to decide whether to sign Guatemalan
Striker Carlos Ruiz on a three-month loan.
"It`s
hard for a player to come half way round the World and be thrown into
training and told to prove his worth. He needs time to settle so we
haven`t set any time limits" Jones said.
Meanwhile,
press reports have linked Blackburn`s Ex-Manchester United star Dwight
Yorke to a move to Molineux, but Jones has not confirmed of denied the
reports.
The
Manager said "Until a player is sitting here beside me with a deal
done and dusted, I will not confirm or deny any interest in him."
