Wolves created one of the biggest turn-around performances in Premiership History after beating Leicester 4-3 at Molineux after trailing by three goals at the break.

Paul Ince was forced out of the game with a Chest Infection and Mark Kennedy was injured due to problems with his groin.

Dave Jones named an unchanged side from the one which drew at Fulham a week ago, with Joey Gudjonsson replacing the Captain Paul Ince.

Wolves had a golden chance to take the lead after just 5 minutes. Henri Camara`s had too much pace to easily beat Elliott but his shot was well saved by Walker in the Foxes goal.

The first of the 7 goals came after 12 minutes. A Izzet corner was headed home from 7yrd by Les Ferdinand. A simple goal and the Wolves defence was found guilty of "schoolboy" football style defending.

3 Minutes later and Leiecster had another corner. Izzet swung in the corner, this time from the left and the end product was the same as the last corner. "Schoolboy" defending was again on the cards as Ferdinand walked in to just head the ball past the stranded Oakes in the Wolves goal.

The terrible first half display was to get even worse 10 minutes later. The Wolves back line failed to clear the ball and Ricardo Scimeca lashed the ball home from 20 yrds.

Shaun Newton had replaced Joey Gudjonsson shortly before the goal and Wolves reverted back to two strikers. Kenny Miller and Nathan Blake were in attack.

Jones replaced Kenny Miller with Hassan Kachloul and Wolves went to their old 4-4-2 formation. Henri Camara was in attack with Nathan Blake and Kachloul played on the left.

Wolves appeared hungry for goals and 7 minutes into the second half the revival was started.

Nathan Blake crossed the ball from the left and Colin Cameron hit his shot from 18 yrds which swerved away from Walker into the Wolves net.

8 Minutes later Wolves got a second and reduced Leicester City`s lead to just one goal. Keith Gillespie handled the ball in the area and Cameron drilled home Wolves first penalty of the season.

Five minutes later and Molineux erupted as Wolves drew the scores level. Denis Irwins deep cross was met by Alex Rae who`s header was powered into the net and the Scot whipped his shirt off in celebration.

That amazing deafening sound which greeted the 3rd goal appeared to be amplified by ten 5 minutes from the end. Nice work by Denis Irwin saw him drill the ball low along the face of the 6yrd line and Henri Camara stabbed the ball home.
