A Jimmy Lee Jones Hat-Trick confirmed a Wolves win in a pre-season game at Worcester in a side which included new signing Isaac Okoroknwo (pictured) who made his debut.

Wolves recent trip to Morecambe saw Wolves lose 6-1 and go down three goals within the first 15 minutes, but tonight was a total contrast to that terrible performance on the coast as Wolves were 3-0 up after just 15 minutes, a complete reverse to that of Christie Park two weeks ago.

Quick goals thanks to a Jimmi Lee Jones hat-trick saw Wolves take a flying start in a team which included the likes of Issac Okoroknwo, Ingimarsson, Andrews and Brazilian trialist goalkeeper Barros.

The first goal after 5 minutes saw Jones simply tap the ball home from two yards as a Keith Andrews shot/pass found JJ Melligan who crossed hard and low towards the far post for the waiting Jimmi Lee Jones.

Jones made it two three minutes later after Andrews put the youngster in the clear, he turned his man and smashed the ball into the roof off the net across the keeper.

But it was three goals in 15 minutes after the inspirational JJ Melligan took full advantage of a mistake by the Worcester full-back, he squared the ball and Jimmi Lee Jones was there to tap the ball home and claim his hat-trick.

Worcester grabbed a goal back after 31 minutes. The Wolves defence were caught knapping as Leon Kelly ran through the back line before nicely slotting the ball past Barros.

Barros was forced to make a good save from Webster two minutes into the second half before Worcester grabbed a second goal back two minutes from time.

Worcester`s Middleton ran on to a Kelly cross and his shot was deflected beating the wrong-footed and impressive Barros in the Wolves goal.

Wolves now have just one pre-season game before the team travel to Blackburn Rovers for their first Premiership game.

Wolves will play host to Boavista on Friday at Molineux where Dave Jones hopes to name a full strength squad including new signings Issac Okoroknwo, Oleg Luzhny, Jody Craddock, Silas, Henri Camara, Steffen Iversen and possibly Cameroon `Keeper Carlos Kameni.
