Author: Scott Cooper Wolves have ended their interest in Cameroon`s International Goalkeeper Carlos Kameni after he showed a lack of enthusiasm to join Wolves. The deal to bring Kameni to Molineux has been one which has dragged on and on, especially when last week he was believed to be training with French club Bordeaux but earlier this week Wolves were "hopeful" of completing the signing of the young star today. However, interest in the player who was due to sign on a seasons loan with view to a possible move was dropped today when Kameni failed to turn up to his medical at Molineux. Jez Moxey told WOW "After further discussions with the player and his representatives, we have decided to withdraw. "We won't be pursuing the move any further as we have doubts over Kameni's commitment, and we don't intend to sign anyone for Wolves who is less than 100 per cent committed to coming here." |
