Results and Reports from tonights (Monday) Pre-Season Games in which Wolves took on Bristol Rovers and Hereford.

Bristol Rovers 0 Wolves 1 (JJ Melligan: 15 Minutes)

A JJ Melligan Goal won the night for Wolverhampton Wanderes on what was a game to celebrate Dave Pritchards Testimonial.

The game was typical of a pre-season game - neither team exerting too much effort but Wolves took the lead on 15 minutes.

Blake won the ball well and played it down to the advancing JJ Melligan who took the ball past his marker before lobbing the Rovers keeper from around 20 yards.

Clyde and Newton both came close for Wolves but as the half-time whistle went Wolves were well in command.

Bristol Rovers made ten changes in the second half but the closest they came was hitting the post in the 55th minute.

Attendance: 4,464

Hereford 1 Wolves 1 (Proudlock)

 Wolves made a "solid performance" against Hereford with Matt Murray again in top form.

 Adam Proudlock bought the scores level from close range after Hereford took the lead.
