Wolves face Watford for the third time this season having failed to win either of the previous two matches, and knowing this is a battle for 7th place in the Premier League, and a chance to play in Europe next season.
Despite Nuno Espirito Santo denying any perception of revenge for their FA Cup semi-final defeat, and his continued mantra that Wolves only think about the next game, his players will surely know that today they face a team who have beaten them twice this season and are also fighting to finish in 7th place. Nuno undoubtedly admires Manager Javi Gracia for his achievements at Watford this season - after so many predecessors have failed - but will be setting his team up to win, and hoping that the superb midweek win over Arsenal will spur his team on today.

Glad he's kept it the same ... obviously it'll be different today, very tough I expect, but the players chose themselves. Additionally, the shape did faulter a little after the subs on Wednesday.
Afternoon lads nice to know you are out there! I agree Ivy about the poor shape following substitutions on Weds - Cavaleiro and Traore may - I say may - present an attacking threat, but do very little defending from the front in the way Raul & Jota do.
I think both sides will play it cagey today
Jonny and Jota both had very good games on Weds and are looking lively again today. I wasn't aware Watford's Andre Gray was a W'hampton lad and was rejected by Wolves as a 13 yr old!
One minute added time played and half time whistle goes. A fairly even game but overall I think Wolves have played the better football and deserve their 1 - 0 lead through a Raul header after great work by Neves & Jota
Nice attack from Wolves, lovely ball from Moutinho, great cross from Jota and an important defensive header. Then another Jota-Jiminez combination but the latter marginally offside.
Coady stops a Hughes shot with part of his body but not sure which part!! Beautiful link play between Jota & Raul but just evades Jota after final pass. Hughes replaced by Kabaseli
REVENGE!!!!!
Wolves beat Watford for the first time this season and now have 54 points above Everton who have 50. A really good win against a difficult team.
Watford 1 Wolves 2

Providing the oil rig win the cup, finishing 7th and getting into Europe would be a fantastic achievement equalling anything I can remember in my lifetime of watching wolves. The constant references to the Sherpa van are cringeworthy and embarrassing in 1988 or whatever it was called- this would be a true accomplishment

That reminds me. I went to the pet shop and asked for a wasp. The assistant said, "we don't sell wasps"". I said, "well, you've got one in the window".
I'm here till next Tuesday, tell your friends.
