Most shops will not give cash but you should get a voucher for remainder, If not then why bother with gift vouchers.

Thank you Badge.....Precisely
The shop wouldn't accept if you short changed the club for an item, so why should it be any different the other way round?

Here! Here! Pattingham Wolf!
Angry, not sure what you mean regarding 'ticket redemption money'.
Quote:There is one issue I would like clearing up. At the last Fans Parliament meeting, there was quite a lot of talk from both Kenny Jackett and Jez Moxey regarding the futures of Jamie O'Hara and Roger Johnson, with both giving the impression that the two players were likely to be at the club for the foreseeable. Yet, the following day at 11:53am, the club announced on Facebook that we are in talks with Sheffield Wednesday about a loan deal for Johnson, and that the deal was "agreed in principle". Could the club clear up any doubts that I might have that we were in talks with Sheffield Wednesday the previous night? If the deal was being discussed during the Fans Parliament meeting, then it could mean that what is said at these meetings will in future be taken with a pinch of salt.
A couple of other points that could be raised:
1. Whether it could be possible for season ticket holders to use the MyWolves points gained in each transaction at the shop on that specific purchase? A number of fans may only buy one thing from the shop each season (for example a shirt), and so will not be able to use the points gained on any future purchases.
2. When using vouchers in the club shop, could any change be given in vouchers?
3. Would it be possible to make e-program available? I don't buy a match day program, but would probably pay to have a copy emailed to me or be able to download one pre-game.
4. Are there any plans for open wifi in the ground? Wifi in sports grounds is massively growing in US sports, while Liverpool have recently introduced it at Anfield. It is available at Wycombe Wanderers, as well as at other sports such as Lords.
