Good afternoon everyone! (Sm150)

Two small issues I'd appreciate Tom to raise at the next Fans Parliament meeting please:

Firstly, why can't STH's get their discount at point of purchase in the shop anymore?

Secondly, why is it not possible for the club to give change when buying merchandise with gift vouchers? For eg. if an item came to £18, but you have a voucher worth £20, the staff cannot give what is owed in neither cash or in vouchers.

Seems unfair to me (Sm122)

Many thanks! thumbs down

Most shops will not give cash but you should get a voucher for remainder, If not then why bother with gift vouchers.

Thank you Badge.....Precisely thumbs down

The shop wouldn't accept if you short changed the club for an item, so why should it be any different the other way round? (Sm20)

Do they still have the same as last season with the "ticket redemption money" and a separate one for the club shop? I went in with a season ticket expecting a discount on a wolves shirt but they were banging on about points etc so told them not to bother. Just keep it simple with a discount for ST holders etc instead of all this horse sh.it regarding it going into some sort of credit account.. who wants all that hassle.

Angry, not sure what you mean regarding 'ticket redemption money'. However you are correct, that you still no longer receive your discount when buying in the club shop immediately.

The credit goes onto your Smartcard, for a discount on future purchases instead.

I agree, they should keep it simple and fair like it used to be, and receive your discount straight away thumbs down

Didn't they used to have a system where if you bought a ticket some sort of credit went towards future tickets and there was a separate account for merchandise ? Maybe I've lost my mind or dreamt it..

From my understanding angry, there is a loyalty scheme where each match ticket has a points value.

From a letter I received in July from the club, STH's are 'automatically enrolled as a My Wolves member and the scheme is enhanced further this season by rewarding Ticket cash for coach travel and museum ticket purchases'.

......Not sure what the above means though exactly!! (Sm8)

So no, you haven't lost your mind! - Well not completely anyway! lol! (Sm14)

There is one issue I would like clearing up. At the last Fans Parliament meeting, there was quite a lot of talk from both Kenny Jackett and Jez Moxey regarding the futures of Jamie O'Hara and Roger Johnson, with both giving the impression that the two players were likely to be at the club for the foreseeable. Yet, the following day at 11:53am, the club announced on Facebook that we are in talks with Sheffield Wednesday about a loan deal for Johnson, and that the deal was "agreed in principle". Could the club clear up any doubts that I might have that we were in talks with Sheffield Wednesday the previous night? If the deal was being discussed during the Fans Parliament meeting, then it could mean that what is said at these meetings will in future be taken with a pinch of salt.
A couple of other points that could be raised:

1. Whether it could be possible for season ticket holders to use the MyWolves points gained in each transaction at the shop on that specific purchase? A number of fans may only buy one thing from the shop each season (for example a shirt), and so will not be able to use the points gained on any future purchases.

2. When using vouchers in the club shop, could any change be given in vouchers?

3. Would it be possible to make e-program available? I don't buy a match day program, but would probably pay to have a copy emailed to me or be able to download one pre-game.

4. Are there any plans for open wifi in the ground? Wifi in sports grounds is massively growing in US sports, while Liverpool have recently introduced it at Anfield. It is available at Wycombe Wanderers, as well as at other sports such as Lords.

The minutes from the meeting are here: http://www.wolves.co.uk/news/article/fans-parliament-minutes-accounts-051213-1216888.aspx and here: http://www.wolves.co.uk/news/article/fans-parliament-minutes-130913-1051921.aspx

There's not really much more to add than what's recorded. Given that the team are doing reasonably well, there weren't many pertinent questions about this.

Obviously there were questions about the financial results, but given that we didn't actually have a copy, and didn't have a huge amount of time to digest them, it wasn't easy to quiz them too hard.
