Ex-Sons Central defender Jamie Bruce, who quit football in January, has agreed to return to Sons to help out with their current injury crisis. Brucie who quit due to work commitments can walk straight back into the Sons line-up as he is still registered as a Sons player.

100 Not Out

Jamie was with Sons for six years and was just one game short of his 100th league appearance when he hung up his boots.  He will provide cover for Son remaining two central defenders John McKeown and Kevin McCann.

Brucie netted on four occasions during his time in a Sons strip and always gave 100%.  He had been an almost ever present in the Sons line-up this season partnering John McKeown in the centre of the Sons defence until his decision to quit.
