Our trip to Colwyn Bay
By Nathan Jackson
December 11 2011
Lincoln City made the trip to Colwyn Bay in the FA Trophy first round and produced an excellent performance to progress. In this video we look at a rubbish ground with lovely surrounds, a Colwyn Bay fan who thought 3-1 flattered City and an attempt at making the first round interesting.

Do we need such a close-up shot of that backpacker`s mug?

Great goals by Taylor.

Watching this video and seeing that stadium has made me miss League 2 even more. So depressing.

Re: Our trip to Colwyn Bay
I mention in the video at some point that the novelty value has worn off.......going to shitholes like Southport, Braintree and Barrow was fun at first, but the novelty of going to a shithole every other week has definitely worn off.

Good Luck, Mr Gorsky

Certainly has worn off. Hopefully Holdsworth does something special next season. I have a better feeling with him in charge than I did Tilson but the sooner this season is over the better.

That lad in the video looked pretty depressed too at going to another shithole of a ground.

Why not just stand on the hill?

If we ever play them then again then I might do just that....however, the coach got there late and couldn't really be bothered to try and figure out where to go to the hill from.
