Town defender Gareth McAuley has backed David Healy to goals during his loan at Town and lift Town away from the relegation zone.
McAuley: "I've known David since we were nine or 10. We played for the same Lisburn boys club back home.
"I've watched him over the years and he does what he does and what he's been brought here to do, he scores goals. At international level, I have been involved in games where he has won us the match, scoring a spectacular winner or a tap-in. He's a finisher, simple as that.
"I think he has been unlucky in many respects at club level in terms of the Premier League. He's not really had a run of games when he's been in the top division. He has a proven track record though in putting the ball in the net and he will definitely be a real goal threat for us."
