EVERTON HAVE TODAY RELEASED DETAILS OF THERE SEASON TICKET PRICES FOR THE 2010/2011 SEASON......

Season Ticket holders at Goodison Park will save more than 20% next season if they commit to buying during the ‘early bird window' - the equivalent of four games free!

The Club has announced its pricing structure for the 2010/11 Season with the savings based on individual standard match ticket prices - for adults this means a return to their 2008/09 matchday level, whilst juniors and concessions benefit from cheaper match tickets than two years ago.

Supporters opting not to purchase before the ‘early bird window' closes on April 17, 2010 will still receive a 10% saving.

And once again, a key message of the campaign is making football at Everton affordable for families with a price freeze on Season Tickets in the Family Enclosure, whilst junior tickets in all other areas of the stadium are now half the adult ticket price.

2010/11 Season Ticket prices also take into account the re-introduction of a range of premium fixtures that will see increases in ticket pricing for half a dozen games including north-west rivals Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City.

Chief Executive Robert Elstone said: "Media reports have recently suggested that the country is slowly crawling out of one of the worst recessions in living memory but that does not mean we are taking for granted that the recovery has touched all areas of our fanbase - we still need our ticket pricing structure to be competitive and affordable.

"We do feel next season's offer manages to achieve this and the message once again is to buy during the early bird window to ensure you make the most of the savings on offer.

"A key part of next season's ticket pricing structure is the re-introduction of six premium fixtures. This was in place for the 2000/01 Season at an additional cost of £18.  Ten years later we will return to a premium on six fixtures but at a reduced cost of £17."

He added: "As I am sure is the case with any other business, we are sympathetic to the impact the economic conditions have had on families up and down the country and, supported by fan research conducted last season, we felt it important to retain our offer in the Family Enclosure.

"We also wanted to re-enforce the importance juniors play at Everton - not only on matchdays but in our long-term future; and if we are to be successful at attracting more and more young fans then we need to ensure they and their parents/guardians can continue coming to Goodison Park on a regular basis."

Financing Offers

As in previous seasons the Club is pleased to announce financing offers that will help ease the process of paying for your Everton Season Ticket. The Everton MasterCard will offer 0% interest free for six months on selected Season Ticket purchases whilst there are enhancements to the Direct Debit scheme launched last year.

For the 2010/11 Season, Everton is offering its supporters the chance to pay for their Season Ticket in monthly instalments by Direct Debit. All supporters over the age of 18 who hold a valid bank account in the UK can apply and the scheme allows supporters to pay for their Season Ticket in up to five monthly payments - Typical 8.3% APR variable - an improvement from the four monthly payments available last season. Visit evertonfc.com/seasontickets for full details.

Supporters who wish to pay the full value of their Season Ticket with the Everton MasterCard can do so and will incur NO INTEREST CHARGES on selected Season Ticket purchases for six months. This offer is open to existing Everton MasterCard holders and to new applicants.  Visit evertonfc.com/seasontickets for full details.

Mr Elstone added: "We appreciate there is now a requirement to make it easier to pay for an Everton Season Ticket and this is one of the reasons why we are going to market at the beginning of March - five months before the start of the new Premier League campaign.

"If we are to be successful in attracting the biggest possible attendances to Goodison Park then we need to ensure our ticket pricing structure is affordable and is supported by appropriate financing options including an interest free six months on selected Season Ticket purchases with the Everton MasterCard.

"Last year we introduced the Direct Debit scheme with approximately 10% of supporters taking up the option, and with additional flexibility, including Direct Debit online, we do expect more of our fans to take advantage this year."

* The Everton MasterCard is issued by Sygma Bank UK, Chadwick House, Blenheim Court, Solihull B91 2AA. Typical 16.9% APR Variable. Subject to status. Applicants for credit must be aged 18 or over and UK resident.
