West Ham 0-1 Chelsea: What a Luuverly Surprise!

BRILLIANT SAVE

What a lovely surprise, not because Chelsea won in the East End sunshine, a victory welcome nonetheless, but that Petr Cech, pillored and undermined after recent games, saved a penalty. Cechie Boy isn't renowned for his penalty saving skills, but his save low to his left from Utd's Mark Noble in front of the away support was BRILLIANT.

Cech had only saved one penalty in his time at Chelsea before yesterday and he also saved from Ronaldo in the Champions League shoot-out so you could always favour the taker to beat Cech from twelve yards which including me, every Chelsea fan thought that would be the case as Noble stepped up in the 70th minute, after Kalou tried and failed with a sly tug on Ilunga inside the area.

HUSS was the first to praise the giant Czech International.

He said, "He showed already in the Everton game on Wednesday when he made some good saves. We don't deny he had some difficult times before but it is not because of loss of confidence. When a goalie makes decisive actions as he did today then it is good for him."

HUSS made five changes in preparation for the visit to the Nou Camp on Tuesday. Bosingwa returned and played for an hour in the much-talked about left-back position.

HUSS said, "It is diffcult to compare. Bosingwa is capable to do so but will all respect to West Ham it is different today's game to when you face Messi. It is huge task I know.

"But what we should not do over there is drop back and wait until the storm is coming. We must take what is in our team and if we can do, try to harm them as well. That is our intention always now in big European games."

Chelsea's goal came in the 55th minute after Super Frank made one of his surging runs into the box, chipped over a cross which Green missed and Kalou was on hand to control and stab the ball from close range high into the West Ham net.
