Charlie Oatway has been announced as the team Captain, ahead of tonights game against Stoke. He replaces Danny Cullip, who left the club for Sheffield United today
Oatway, a life-long QPR fan, known for his eleven middle names - the entire QPR squad of 1972 - came to the club in 1999 for £15,000. Known for his intimidated prescene on the pitch, his captaincy will almost certainly ensure that he starts every game - something many fans have been calling for during this season.
Cullip, who he replaces, was sold to Sheffield United today in a deal that could net the club £400,000 in total.
