Alex McLeish has finished his transfer deadline-day business by completing the signing of Jean Beausejour, from the Mexican club, Club America, reportedly for a fee of around £4 million.

Alex McLeish has finished his transfer deadline-day business by completing the signing of Jean Beausejour, from the Mexican club, Club America, reportedly for a fee of around £4 million.
Birmingham City told that they have agreed a three year deal for the 26 year old Chile international player. McLeish has been of interest to McLeish even before his success in the World Cup this year.
McLeish told in an interview:
"Beausejour is an excellent, left-sided midfielder who had a tremendous World Cup with Chile, He was their star player against Spain and also played very well in a pre-season friendly against Manchester City recently. He has been on our list of targets for a long time because he is strong and quick with the ability to beat his man and get crosses in."
