Adam Davies was outstanding and kept Barnsley in the game with some magnificent saves.

Bree, Scowen and Hammill all played well but were let down by their teammates.

The reds controlled possession but Blackpool certainly had the best chances and deserved to win.

Barnsley were poor up front with the strikers unable to hold the ball up and the team not playing to the front two’s strengths.

I’d like to see Payne start the next game.
