Barnet trialist Ben Sedgemore will not be offered a contract with the Bees.
The former Lincoln city man has been training with the Bees since training restarted two weeks ago and was a starter in the 10-1 thrashing by Arsenal.
Sedgemore had a promising performance however Barnet boss Paul Fairclough has sent the new boy packing and is now on a pre-season tour of Scotland with his former club Macclesfield Town.
Speaking to the Barnet Times Fairclough said,
"I have to bring in new players that are better than the ones that were here last year and I decided he wasn't any better."
Meanwhile former Exeter city man Dwane Lee is on trial with the Bees. Lee played in the Bees 2-1 win over Ipswich however was fairly unimpressive. He didnt look sharp, had a poor touch and was caught in possesion several times. Not a signing that i would welcome.
Manager Paul Fairclough, who is already studying videos of players from Africa and Asia is set to field a french trialist going by the name of Lorrent in Saturdays friendly at AFC Wimbledon.
