The never ending Cancer Battle
By claire
April 23 2003
The cancer has been diagnosed at a very early stage and he has been undergoing radiotherapy treatment for the last 3 months.
It is not expected to be life threatening as everyone expects him to make a full recovery.

He commented: "The treatment has not affected me in any way and my doctors have confirmed that the recovery rate is excellent.

"I have overcome many obstacles in my life and this is simply another obstacle I shall beat. I have not been diverted from my normal full time commitment to Aston Villa Football Club and right now my only concern is to maintain our membership of the FA Premier League."

I think I can speak for all Holteenders in wishing Mr Ellis the best in his fight and to say our thoughts are with him and his family at this time.
