We're in crisis. This is what a crisis manager would do

A manager who cared would take these players to see some of the elderly fans who attend every week, to see the little kids who this means so much to. Speak to them, help them see what this means to fans. To the builder who goes every week missing out on family hidahs to do so or works a double shift to pay for it.

If speaking to those people didnt inspire you then you shouldn't be here. Play for those people, not the @#$%& lunatics on aftv, the fans who care just as much but feel more like crying because of what this club means to them.

My nephew is heartbroken and could articulate so much better why we need to win than our coaches and manager could for these players.

He will go one week after the season finishes, he can either fall on his sword or be sacked.

Why is everyone so sure he will be sacked? Who is going to do it?

He answers to no one, no matter how s.hit he gets at his job.

Recalled what that hypocritical snake-oil salesman said before:

He admitted, AFTER THE FACT, that his indecisiveness and dithering over his "will he sign or leave" contract extension had destabilized the squad, hence missing out on Top-4 finishes.

He admitted, AFTER THE FACT, that his decision to retain Alexis had destabilized the squad, and he should had sold him despite the fact that Alexis had stopped playing for Arsenal in January 2018 and creating tension in the dressing room.

Present?
SO far, we heard only deafening silence from the Board and only a noisy Arsene Wenger declaring "He will honor the contract and it is decision to stay or leave".

Later on, hypocritical snake-oil salesman doublespeaks again and "admitted" I am only an employee and the decision is not up to me to make.

Let's hope that after UEL Cup against Milan and if we got knocked out, the Board will do the decent thing and announced their decision on Arsene Wenger's future and not waiting until season end to take stock, evaluate and decide who will be the manager in 2018/19 season.

It will be far too late with all attention focusing on WC2018 and too little time for a new manager to buy the players he wanted due to a shortened transfer window which closes before start of 2018/19 season in mid-August 2018.

"The idea is to be more unpredictable every year and be more difficult for the opponents to stop and nullify what we want to do. That’s what we have now, especially at the back and in the midfield the options we have, to open up the spaces, we have many more options than we had last year.” Mikel Arteta

That was just an excuse for being rubbish and not getting Top 4.
