Recalled what that hypocritical snake-oil salesman said before:
He admitted, AFTER THE FACT, that his indecisiveness and dithering over his "will he sign or leave" contract extension had destabilized the squad, hence missing out on Top-4 finishes.
He admitted, AFTER THE FACT, that his decision to retain Alexis had destabilized the squad, and he should had sold him despite the fact that Alexis had stopped playing for Arsenal in January 2018 and creating tension in the dressing room.
Present?
SO far, we heard only deafening silence from the Board and only a noisy Arsene Wenger declaring "He will honor the contract and it is decision to stay or leave".
Later on, hypocritical snake-oil salesman doublespeaks again and "admitted" I am only an employee and the decision is not up to me to make.
Let's hope that after UEL Cup against Milan and if we got knocked out, the Board will do the decent thing and announced their decision on Arsene Wenger's future and not waiting until season end to take stock, evaluate and decide who will be the manager in 2018/19 season.
It will be far too late with all attention focusing on WC2018 and too little time for a new manager to buy the players he wanted due to a shortened transfer window which closes before start of 2018/19 season in mid-August 2018.
That was just an excuse for being rubbish and not getting Top 4.
