Two players at Rovers
Amadou Soukouna (born 21 June 1992 in Nogent-sur-Marne) is a French football player of Malian descent.[2] He plays as a striker and was a French youth international having played at under-19 level.[3]

Reece James Flanagan is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder most recently for League One side Walsall.

Soukouna scored against Dunfermline so he did himself no harm.

Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.

Guess we can assume we may end up with ex-Fleetwood/Shrewsbury and Walsall players... plus the odd nomad who need really settles at any club for long

Soukouna has scored 2 goals in less than one game
Wonder how long the trialist is given to shine

Soukouna took his goal really well last night. Classy finish. Really showed some good movement off the ball as well. Impressive display. On the basis of those two games, think we should sign him.

Good game last night Liverpool real class ran us ragged but we stuck in, two of the first half goals came from defensive mistakes.New signings for TRC did not impress or get going.Second half all new signings and trial players were up for it.Tranmere old guard Ritchie Sutton played well and the Mighty Zoommm slotted in at left back and played very well, he knows how to steady the ship, need to sign him. The Young French lad impressed the tall boy lad Kai is fast as a grey hound looked very promising.John Smith great signing
Great job by ground the staff the pitch was like a snooker table.

Keep the Faith

I wonder which triallists will still be around for Saturday which might be time for D Day for them
Would probably need to see sixty minutes of them before MM commits

Don’t you mean a Soukouna table?

Someone mentioned he didn't want to play for us / wasn't right for him. Possibly to put himself in the shop window.

The report on your game says Bennett scored the goal. Anyway if he doesn't want to play for us,you're welcome to him.

They had 2 games on, there were 4 trialists featuring for their ‘first XI’ squad.

Tbh, unless we snapped him up immediately then scoring in both the previous games was only going to raise some eyebrows and have him training with a club higher in the pyramid.

Looked a good finisher from what I saw so good luck to him wherever he ends up this term.

No sign of Flanagan at all since Dunfermline though...

Trials don’t really work in a targeted way, players just harangue clubs who will give them a couple of games, most of the time the clubs know nothing about them including their names

I fear he is one of the mercenary brigade who will hawk himself around the circuit, look good for a short while , and then move on again. His track record does not inspire confidence!
