[]

The expectation for 130-goal 2018/19 season will be:
The STRIKERS are Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, Danny Welbeck, Alex Iwobi and Eddie Nketiah.

STRIKERS contributed ..... 54.95% out of 65% expectation … 61 out of 84 goals expectation.
MIDFIELD contributed ...... 29.73% out of 25% expectation … 33 out of 33 goals which met expectation.
DEFENDER contributed ….. 9.91% out of 07% expectation …. 11 out of 9 goals which exceeded expectation.
"Dubious goal"...................... 5.41% out of 03% expectation …. 6 out of 4 goals which exceeded expectation.

Our STRIKEFORCE is a massive failure and not pulling their weight; and why we are out of Top-4 race.
Both DEFEND and Owen Goal had exceeded expectation.
MIDFIELD is scoring to expectation.

Maximum no. of games predicted = 38 + (6+8+1) Europa Cup + 3 Tin Cup + 2 FA Cup = 58 games.

We are out of Carabao Cup and FA Cup, but with a 58 games season after reaching Europa Cup final.

….. 4 goals scored = 2.00 goals per game after playing 2 FA Cup Round #3 & #4 games.
….. 5 goals scored = 1.67 goals per game after playing 3 League Cup games.
… 29 goals scored = 2.07 goals per game after playing 14 Europa Cup games.
… 73 goals scored = 1.92 goals per game after playing 38 League games.
. 111 goals scored = 1.95 goals per game after playing 57 total games; or 112 goals after playing 58 games.

Mkhitaryan scored the first league goal of the season.
Nketiah is latest 20th goal scorer.

The latest goal-scorer will be indicated at top of list:

Table A above explained Man City won title with their superior Top-7 performance.
Arsenal is in Top-4 race is simply due to their good results against Top-7 teams.
ManU is out of Top-4 race by having the worst result against Top-7 teams.

Arsenal have had finally won games against a Top-5 title contender – Tiny Totts, Chelski and ManU.
Certainly, Emery had better than Arsene Wenger against Top-6 since 2011/12 season.
It is cold comfort when we literally collapsed during the last 7 games of the season.

Table B – Comparison of the Top-7 team against Bottom-13 teams:
….. W … D … L ….. F ….. A … +/- __ Points
… 24 ….. 2 … 0 … 71 … 14 … 57 … … 74 … Liverpool

… 18 ….. 3 … 5 … 55 … 31 … 14 … … 55 … Arsenal
… 12 ….. 6 … 8 … 41 … 28 … 13 … … 42 … Everton

Table B indicated that winning a Top-4 spots depends very much on the ability of teams to collect maximum points against Bottom-13 teams. Liverpool lost the title due to their poor results against Top-7 teams.
During 4th Quarter, Tiny Totts, Chelski, ManU and Arsenal are struggling to beat Bottom-13 teams.
Arsenal was unable to seal Top-4 position is due to their horrendous results against Bottom-13.

Arsenal Bottom-13 Results Comparison:

… 17 ….. 4 … 5 … 55 … 31 … 14 … … 55 … 2018/19

Unai Emery team leaks more goals than the previous 5 seasons against Bottom-13 teams.
Arsenal is out of Top-4 race.
It is damning that Unai Emery team scoring record is worse than 2017/18 team, and leaked more goals that Arsene Wenger teams.

2018/19 ….. 5th ….. 21 ….. 7 … 10 … 73 … 51 … 22 … … 70 points – Arsenal

We were awful against Crystal Palace, Wolves, Leicester City and Brighton.
We have more points than only 2 out of the last 10 Arsene Wenger teams.
But we leaked goals same a slast season and our defence is worse than previous 9 Arsene Wenger teams.

…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
We have a good 1st quarter, attained Top-4.
We are struggling during 2nd quarter had a decent 3rd Quarter going into 2019.
We are collapsing during 4th Quarter and real danger of losing the last away game.

We had so many chances to sealed Top-4 with Tiny Totts, Chelski and ManU struggling to string together wins. Emery screwed up with his cautious approach in away game and setup the team wrong tactically.
