Time for a new Assistant?

I used to love Bouldy as a player, but honestly, how is he still employed by us? Our defence has been dreadful under two different managers so his defensive knowledge is clearly not working for us. I was surprised he was retained and it felt like a needless nod to the past to me.

Sure, we must also look at the players but to be honest it's the concentration and organisation that concerns me the most.

This summer one change I'd love to see is a new assistant coming in who understands how to coach a team to defend. We know how to score, we need to work all summer on learning how to do the basics properly in defending. Cut out the nonsense of always having to pass our way out of trouble and just get the ball out and get re-organised. Lose the panic.

We've been better from corners this season, but things like throw-ins and free kicks we still concede far too many goals from.

Goes without saying that Bould should have f.ucked off with Wenger.

I think he was kept cause he knows English and the players in epl and emery might not have heard about stoke and Burnley :p no need now

I want Martin Keown in. He'd make sure every player knows what it means to play for the club and we need a warrior like him around.

That's the problem though, Keown isn't a Churchill nodding dog like Bould.

Apparently I might be psychic as there are rumours today that Would is being let go.
Seeing as everyone you see the bench Emery is sat talking to someone else who looks Spanish, it's hardly a surprise
