Hardly seen them on the bench nowadays.

Look like Emery preferred to trust seasoned and experienced players like Elneny, Mustafi, Jenkinson and Lichsteiner rather than youngsters.

AMN?
Doubt he has a future under Emery and he should leave in the summer to further his football career elsewhere.

Maitland-Niles showed promise as a winger in the youth teams because they decided to use him as a utility player and move him all over the pitch. He may not be good enough but the Club/managers did not do him any favors regarding his development. Also I am surprised by Mavropanos lack of game time. Even though he is young you can't group him with the others and he should be getting more game time. I am convinced he is already a better defender than the error prone Mustafi.

Dream acquisitions:

CB: Issa Diop
RB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka
DM: Franck Kessie/Yves Bissouma/Ndidi
Wing/Attack: Anton Rebic/Pepe
