Seems to be back in the Hoffenheim side again (after injury?):

Didn't see the game above but bit of a coincidence that Hoffenheim came back from 3-0 down to 3-3 in the 20 minutes he was on the pitch at the end of the game as a substitute ?

I've watched the highlights and he wasn't involved in any of the goals so not sure how much credit he gets for the come back really.

Not really sure about why he was absent either, I've heard conflicting reports. Some say he was injured while others say they haven't been impressed with his tactical understanding.

Still though, 7 goals and an assist in 23 appearances plus the October Bundesliga Rookie of the Month award. Not bad at all.

He is like Camelot .. a brief and very bright spark in the History of Arsenal Football.

He should follow Sancho and move to Bundesliga permanent to fulfil his potential.
There is no space for him under Emery with Dennis Suarez occupying the middle or right flank, and Mkhi and Auba vying for a spot at right flank too.

Not forgetting Smith-Rowe which I rate higher than Reiss Nelson.

left flank?
Either Iwobi and Saka make it or Emery will buy a winger in the summer.

let's see for 2019/20 season, who will remain at Arsenal:

No. 10:
#1 - Ozil - refused to go out on-loan and best option is to offer him a free transfer.
#2 - Dennis Suarez - Emery preferred choice.
#3 - Mkhitaryan - comfy in London, no resale value and will refuse to move.
#4 - Iwobi - you having a larf?
#5 - Smith-Rowe - a back-up only; too raw to start as No. 10.
#6 - Reiss Nelson - doubt he will make it as No. 10.
#7 - The best option is to buy a No. 10 which Emery trusted.

No. 7 - Left Wing
#1 - Iwobi is the starter now with Emery-Ozil Civil War.
#2 - Mkhitaryan deploys here to accommodate Aubameyang at right-side attack.
#3 - Kolasinac can be left wing if a new LB is bought (like Gareth Bale from LB to LW).
#4 - Saka should be promoted to senior squad.
#5 - Suspect Emery preferred Dennis Suarez here.
#6 - Again, the best option is to buy an experienced left-side dribbler.

No. 11 - Right Wing
#1 - In 3-4-3 or 4-3-1-2, Auba is the natural choice here to support Lacazette.
#2 - The versatility of Dennis Suarez meant that he may be deployed here.
#3 - Mkhi is here if Iwobi is left-side with Laca in the centre in 4-3-3.
#4 - Reiss Nelson and Smith-Rowe are then just squad player.
#5 - Another option is Joe Willock when we want a steely midfielder here.
#6 - AMN did not developed and it is best he leaves to furtehr his career elsewhere.

From what I knew of Emery so far, I feel that he is desperate to buy experienced players, players he knew and/or coached before or players he trust to play his way, in a desperate attempt to clinch Top-4 position in 2019/20 season. Otherwise, he will be shown the door with fans turning against him for dishing out such Negative FOotball as we seen in 2019.

Reiss Nelson?
Smith-Rowe?
Joe Willock?
Nketiah?
Saka?
They will remain bit-piece players next season since Emery will not trust youth or teenagers to deliver silverware.

I think it was Arsene Wenger (or some pundits) while wooing European youngsters to join Arsenal, who mentioned European Football usually groove in academy products into senior team when they are about 23 year old whereas Arsenal FC will field them if they are good enough, always citing a 17-year-old Fabregas (Jeffers, Pennant, Kolo Toure, Clichy, Senderos, Djourou, Flamini, et al) as an example.

"The idea is to be more unpredictable every year and be more difficult for the opponents to stop and nullify what we want to do. That’s what we have now, especially at the back and in the midfield the options we have, to open up the spaces, we have many more options than we had last year.” Mikel Arteta
