Match against Bournemouth - Finally the team gelled/

No if, no but.
Time for Emery to deliver with a team that is starting to gel with understanding and moving into passing channels.

Bournemouth is an attacking side and will not sit back like Sporting Lisbon and Wolves. They will play an open game like Crystal Palace with pacy and tricky wingers to hit us early.

Arsenal?

Time to start fast pace instead of behaving like an Arsene Wenger's team feeling the opponent cautiously, sitting back and hitting opponents on the counter-attack. Hence, why we are starting slowly with Wenger DNA … Ozil, Mkhitaryan, Iwobi, Xhaka, Mustafi, Bellerin, Kolasinac, Lacazette, et al.

Only those two new comers in Guendouzi and Torreira are prepared to drive forward and pass the ball forward.

International break is good for Emery to drive his points home that he wanted a fast-pace start, a fast inter-passing team with players moving into passing channels for Ozil and Xhaka to launch their passes. And Torreira is no slough as his passes are pretty accurate too.

I will field an attacking 4-3-3 with Ozil in a free role and put in 3 CM in Xhaka, Guendouzi and Torreira to dominate midfield and to close down ball carriers with high press instantly whenever the ball is lost.

........................…….. Leno

... Bellerin ... Mustafi ... Holding ... Kolasinac
........................….. Torreira
...… Guendouzi ................... Xhaka

.................... Iwobi .........…… Ozil
............................ Lacazette

we must make use of our wing-back in Bellerin and Kolasinac to stretch Bournemouth with both Guendouzi and Xhaka helping to protect their respective flanks when our wing-backs are caught out of position.

Both Iwobi and Ozil will work in tandem in the centre, inter-changing and moving to the flanks in a free role to avoid being man-mark out of the game.

Both Lacazette and Ozil must stay upfront to tie down Bournemouth defenders and Lacazette should spend more time in the box instead of most of the time outside the box.

With this Trio in Guendouzi-Torreira-Xhaka as the defensive shield for Back-4 and to dominate the middle and win balls, their short-passing game and Xhaka's long passes will set-up plays instantly to the flanks and middle whenever they won the ball.

No dwelling on the ball like Ramsey please.

His dribbling skill and closed control will wreck havoc with Bournemouth defence with both Ozil and Lacazette, plus both wing-backs available to run into passing channels to shot at goals.

I like it!
Hopefully, Auba can come off the bench for some instant offence to seal the win.

Boy, do we miss Monreal ...

And the team actually is:

Leno Mustafi Sokratis Holding Bellerin Torreira Xhaka Kolasinac Mkhitaryan Iwobi Aubameyang

Subs: Cech Elneny Ramsey Ozil Maitland-Niles Guendouzi Nketiah

So three at the back and Lacazette has a groan strain.
