Dont think we had enough time to wait for him via China, I hope it all goes well for him

- until Wenger moves on, they'll always be the also-rans in the major competitions. A club in elite purgatory. Always good enough to make it to the big race, never fast or smart enough to push over the finish line in first place. That's all about the manager. Until he changes, Arsenal fans will continue to celebrate glorious failure.

"By the time he had got to the halfway line he had escaped two wild sliding challenges while keeping the ball under control."

Maybe he's improved since leaving as he couldn't do that once for us. Terrible player.

He often got into the right place but just could never convert his chances. Not what you want from an attacking player.

Very much the Glenn Helder of the Wenger era. Scores regularly in the lower reaches of Serie A. Definitely had something to offer. But not at a top level club like Arsenal.

Well we do need another wide forward and he can't be worse than Mikhitaryan

I don't get Mikhitaryan as he was the Bundesliga player of the year a couple of years back.

He shows glimpses but has been poor really overall. He was awful yesterday.
