Match against Blackpool - Is Unai Emery willing to give youth a chance?

You know, the Board was very impressed by Emery giving a run-down of entire squad and youths as well.
Remember he proclaimed he wanted Ramsey as the backbone of the team and then jerked away the contract on the table?
Wonder if emery is another snake-oil salesman, too good to be believed.

His next agenda is on youth development and he vowed to give youth every chance to play ... which he did with Guendouzi only ... and Smith-Rowe.
But hey!
he loaned out Reiss Nelson and Bielik but kept Nketiah who hardly saw a minute of senior football ... plus Joe Willock, and who else in the youth rank?

Cometh Blackpool.

Will senior players take centre-stage with Unai Emery desperate to wear a piece of silverware to proclaim his tenure is a success and get out of Wenger's still looming Shadow?

Unai Emery is a glory-hunting hound and not interested in youth development.
On the other hand, those youths left behind by Wenger are actual average and not suitable to play high-tempo high pressure football where you needed a high degree of closed control and a tactical brain to pass quickly and move into position?

Against Blackpool, we will see whether Emery will rotate the squad or like against Bentford, will play a full-strength side to win, ignoring youths?

...................................... Cech

... Lichsteiner ... Sokratis ... Holding ... Kolasinac

.......... Maitland-Niles ........... Guenouzi

... Smith-Rowe .......... Ramsey .........Mkhitaryan

.................................Welbeck

Guendouzi is hardly ancient, I know he is not academy but then neither was Walcott or Ramsey.
As for Ramsey its obvious to anyone he is not worth £350 K aweek

- until Wenger moves on, they'll always be the also-rans in the major competitions. A club in elite purgatory. Always good enough to make it to the big race, never fast or smart enough to push over the finish line in first place. That's all about the manager. Until he changes, Arsenal fans will continue to celebrate glorious failure.

Emery is in the business of winning games. Youth development is best left to the youth coach.
