The MLS is a poor man's, or woman's, Championship or possibly lower.
Would have to be very sure about his level

This. Bradley Wright Phillips is like the Ferenc Puskás of MLS.

Without a doubt, Padre.
I have a lot more access to MLS over here, but I really NEVER watch it.

Seems pretty nippy ! And keen to run at defenders

But yes, let's hope someone has done their homework on his real level of ability

I do watch very little of their games and from what I gather, the games are quite a bit more open, and relaxed. Not as intense as the European leagues and I don't recall seeing a game where one team being very defensive or parking the bus.

If Almiron would come to Europe like they say wherever he goes he will face a very different game with more tight defense, 10 men behind the ball scenarios with very little space to run in unlike in the MLS.

He does seem to have good technical abilities and power to go with that searing pace though. For the reported 15 mil transfer fee, it would represent a good addition. If he fails, we can ship him off somewhere for a good price especially as he is still very young.

And now, here comes another American owner who understands the hierarchy of PL football and has jacked up his transfer demands accordingly. This little man might be acting the azz in this deal, but he would be a vast improvement over the monstrous American statuary at the top of our CLUB.

I wouldn't touch Amy be from that league. For me they need to go straight into the under 21s if you sign an MLS player. They might have potential but no way they would be ready for the rigor of the EPL.

MLS is really poor, but he has quality and is South American, so has a different DNA than most MLS players.

If he works out, it will be a great value buy.

MLS is so hard to watch, but funny I am rooting for Rooney and his impact on DC United, sorry as a Arsenal fan.
