Team against WHU - 3 into 1 will not do

The team is utterly unbalanced when a deluded Arsene Wenger spent like a Perez to build a Galactico Cult at Arsenal with expensive buys in Ozil, Alexis, Xhaka, Lacazette and Aubameyang.

Throwing in Mkhitaryan, we have 5 attacking midfielders last season with Wilshere, Ramsey, Xhaka, Ozil and Mkhitaryan - all No. 10.
One left and four remain.
How to fit then in with only one NO. 10 to maintain a balanced team?

Unai Emery had run out of excuses and time to fish or cut the bait.
Time to drop non-performers and players unable to adapt to his high-pressing high-intensity passing game with players pressing all over the pitch.

He has 3 Dortmund players who played in Klopp gegenpressing game, a ready-make nucleus to build his team around them as an interim solution till all those youngsters and new buys come of age to replace them.

I believe Emery must be brave enough to drop Ozil (and even sell him off in January or August next year if he does not buck up) and moves Mkhitaryan into No. 10 now.

Play Aubameyang at right forward with Lacazette as CF (like Lewandowski t Dortmund), and we have that creative linkage of Dortmund transplanted here.

Lichsteiner plays 3-5-2 at Juventus and is no stranger to it. Time to start him in either 4-2-3-1 or 3-5-2 with Auba at right flank. The pace of Auba tracking back will help to provide protection when Lichsteiner is caught out of position during attacks.

Bellerin is in stasis, development came to a grinding halt, as if he is not right mentally and has no hunger to improve. Time to give him a hefty kick right up his butt and sell him to Barca if they submitted a daft bid for him. Move on and develop the next generation of youngsters after him.

Iwobi is refreshing, willing to track back and with the right guidance, he will be an asset. He has something to prove and at the cusp of his career taking off to superstardom if he continues to improve under Emery.
Monreal is at his last leg of his Arsenal career and still by far the best LB for us.
But he needs the fresh legs of a youngster like Iwobi to relief him of tracking back and to help out as a shield in front of him against pacy wingers.
Still waiting for Kolasinac to have a break-out season.

Once Emery had decided on the Back-4, we will have stability at the back.
of course, Torreira-Guedouzi is the new DOUBLE PIVOT and our future for years to come.
Elneny, Maitland-Niles and Joe Willock are super backup for them … if they continue to develop.

Reiss Nelson?
Rowe-Smith?
Zelalem?
We will never know till Carabao Cup nd Europa CUp kick off.

Plus, most interesting to watch how Chambers, Nwakali, Asano and Bielik developing during their loan spell.

I believe we will see our 2018/19 First-11 starting to take on shape against WHU.

No more excuses for not winning and we need to be a flat-track bully and slaughter WHU with a cricket score to stand a chance to break into Top-4 again.

Perhaps WIlshere will give a massive assist by getting a red card for beign too euthusaitic to prove a point and with hsi usual antic of osing his head and executing reckless tackles.

There is no more room for Ozil and Xhaka except as supersub.

Ozil can only fit into this 2018/19 team as long as he rediscovers his 2011/12 form under Jose Mourinho.
Perhaps Mourinho will make a bid for Ozil in exchange for Anthony Martial in January 2019?

Xhaka?
Waste of space and should be sold with Torreira, Guedouzi, Maitland-Niles, Elneny and Joe WIllock developing nicely to replace this over-priced misfit who has no discipline, no work ethics and poor positional awareness.

Oh yeah, Ramsey.
Just him in January.
We do not need another long-drawn "Alexis" and "Ozil" affair of will he or will he not sign.

Just bench him and issue him an ultimatum - sign or move on.
You don't sign, you don't play and just rot on the bench and plays as substitute in Carabao Cup or Europa Cup - no starter role for you.

His astute agent is just advising Ramsey to run-down his contract to either force Arsenal to pay him a massive signing on bonus (like Henry and Ozil), or any club willing to pay him around 300,000pw on a free transfer.

Anyway, I can't see a future at Arsenal for Ramsey - too many No. 10, especially one without pace, poor positional awareness and no tactical awareness; simply one good attribute of a knack tog et into goal scoring position but at the expense of crowding out the forwards who ran into the same spot.
