... if he is given £200m to spend.

Allegri believes that the current Arsenal side needs major work, and that he will only commit to becoming their manager if he is given £200m to spend.

The report reads that the current Juventus manager has 'told the Gunners he needs cash guarantees as he plans to spend on five players to bring them up to speed.'

Allegri has analysed the squad, and believes that they need to strengthen significantly if they are to challenge for the Premier League.

The report reads that if Arsenal do agree to his demands, he 'could accept the job immediately.'

So, it's simple: If Allegri's ambition is matched, he will take the job.

Would people renew their season ticket yet before knowing (who the next manager's gonna be)?

Allegri or any other big name won't be coming looks like it's going to be done on the cheap.I would back Arteta but if results are not good he won't get long from the fans.

De Ligt seems to be the most coveted young talent out there.

this officially rules him out.

wenger left us in a very bad state that no sane experienced manager will want to work with us if available funds are not provided for a total overhaul plus also an enabling structure.

Arsenal's turnover last year was £422 million. If barely any money is made available then why would you blame anyone but the board?
