Josh Kroenke over-ruling and moving Arsene Wenger aside?

Will never happen if Arsene Wenger is in charge.
That is, those obscene spending during January Transfer Window.

Three things as happen all the time in American professional sport:
1 - You sell away your over-paid stars to meet the salary cap and new players;
2 - You bring in new players plus youths to rebuild the team for the future.
3 - Rebuilding on the fly, i.e. a desperate attempt to buy players to save the season.

Well, Daddy's little boy is given a new toy called Arsenal FC to play with.
How long he will be bored to death by WengerBall, now known as Crab Football before he decided to call it a day ... and copied LA Rams by getting a new 30+ football coach?

Arsenal’s January 2018 transfer window had more in common than the NBA than football – but why?

.... All our rivals will have to sell off some of their squad to do the same, whilst Arsenal have already done the hard work. All we have to do between now and the summer is work out how to play Özil, Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in the same team.
I can think of worse problems to have.

Obscene spending? We did about £7m this transfer window.

I think Wenger will go in the summer though

Josh Kroenke must be as stupid as Wenger then.

We clearly needed a keeper, D/Midfielder and defenders.

Yeah we actually hardly spent a penny due to the amount of player sales. Our wages are probably still about the same despite us paying Ozil so much.

I have been wondering though why we didn't;t offer Sanchez a similar deal, maybe we genuinely didn't want him any more and wanted an out and out striker instead.

All the players that Arsenal have bought throughout the last six yrs were bought with money generated by Arsenal. Sometimes, we had to sell players in order to buy players. The Kroenkes have not put a dime of their own money into the Arsenal FC. Stan Kroenke and his son can dick off into the sunset as far as I'm concern.
