Poor Jack Wilshire. What does he have to do to get a game with this club. Persists with the terrible xhaka

Xhaka offers zero defensive cover for our defence so other than making the occasional long pass, he is a liability. Jack can at least hustle and make the tackle. Plus Jack can run with the ball wothout getting dispossess easily unlike Xhaka who can be ponderous on the ball.

Made a mistake bringing BOTH Welbeck and Giroud on. Needed to be Wilshere, with one or the other.

Biggest mistake was Iwobi

- until Wenger moves on, they'll always be the also-rans in the major competitions. A club in elite purgatory. Always good enough to make it to the big race, never fast or smart enough to push over the finish line in first place. That's all about the manager. Until he changes, Arsenal fans will continue to celebrate glorious failure.

Most player on bench are killed. Unless you are ole gunnar.

He will continue to give us goals against teams like huddersfield but wont have the same sharpness as he will constantly be playing with the b team

Because he wasn't very sharp to begin with, it will not be a drastic drop in performance, just a static drop in numbers

Giroud is always a battling-ram of a striker like Carroll at WHU and Lulaku at Everton then.

Today's Giroud is more like a Beneteke at Palace.

Stupid of Giroud for loving life in London rather than move to Everton.
Perhaps, under Big Sam, he will rejuvenate his career at Everton.

Wherever Giroud plays (top flight) he will never be a crowd favourite.
He simply isn't good enough.

Not as a automatic starter he isn't.
