In 12 years, Arsene Wenger turned Arsenal from super-brand into an also-ran and a laughing stock

Just look at FC Barcelona that when Arsene Wenger took over Arsenal FC in 1996, they were also-ran, well behind Real Madrid, and how successes on the pitch transform them into a super-brand today.

It proves even today ... successes beget successes and grow the commercial revenues massively.

Contrast to FC Barcelona, Arsene Wenger is just a fraud, got lucky with GG foundation, Bergy and French Spine. Thereafter, he is just a hypocritical snake-oil salesman, still selling and plenty of Arsenal fans still lapping it up happily today.

I've always said this Arsene Wenger is the bigger con man money grabber in the history of world football. He doesn't deserve any respect anymore than the distinguished despots in history.

He has grown cash in the bank from £40m to £220m over the same period.

Comparing Arsenal to Barcelona is a non starter.

The tv money distribution back then, the stadium, the international audience have always been worlds apart.

He has grown cash in the bank from £40m to £220m over the same period.

Hence the late Fizman, PHW and Silent Stan compensated Arsene Wenger as the Executive Vie-President (Football Operation) of Arsenal Footballer Production plc.

Wait a minute ... why don't you compare the growth Commercial Revenues with the likes of Liverpool, Chelski and ManU since 2006/07 season?
