Funny ba$tard!!
You forgot 1 thing though..... We'd still have the possibility of European football, via winning the fair play league every year, wouldn't we? (Sm100)

I admire anyone who can be satirical about the downfall of his own club whilst also mocking Tottenham.

Good post.

Yes Bogart and Bergman in Casablanca always had Paris, and Celine will always have Tottenham

- until Wenger moves on, they'll always be the also-rans in the major competitions. A club in elite purgatory. Always good enough to make it to the big race, never fast or smart enough to push over the finish line in first place. That's all about the manager. Until he changes, Arsenal fans will continue to celebrate glorious failure.

If this is true then Wenger really has loosed the plot.

Of course its true Jimmy but Wenger is doing it in stages and not quite as quickly as in Mr Dion's excellent article

But surely playing the bad team is better than playing thin air. I dont go to the games but how on earth will ppl put up with goals after goals in our our net and nobody shooting back

Jimmy jims i perhaps should point out at this juncture that the subject matter of this piece is not 100% serious.

Eddy its satire FFS. You could take off your blindfaithers - oops blinders - and appreciate this for what it is which - no matter which side of the fence you're on -is pretty damned funny and creative.

One more piece of proof you're nothing but a blind faither.

radio you really should give up your obsession with me and maybe then you would not make such a big fool of yourself so often, now run along and ask a grown up, parent or guardian to explain how you have done it this time. What a clown you are.

I suppose I am supposed to feel insulted and put in my place but instead I feel like I cannot understand what you are actually saying there. What exactly are you saying there?

BTW don't flatter yourself nobody is obsessed with you. I'm not anyway. I just think you're a bit of a fraud is all. More than a bit.

A little too close to the reality of it all.
