Beware the Hierarchy of Play.

Talent does not matter.
Ability to improve the club on the pitch does not matter.

Once a player ascends to the top of The Pecking Order, he shall not be moved out of the lineup.

Ox and Ryo shall sit and watch.
Ox and Ryo shall know their places in The Pecking Order.

So it is written, So it shall always be
(with a hard-headed old fool as manager).

he has much to learn, and at this time he is more suited to the like of Bolton than he is to Arsenal, they get guys in the area who want to head the ball, so Ryo can just swing it in without having to try everytime to pick out the one or maybe two guys we would have in there, and who by the way would want it to feet and not an aerial challenge

So, is bolton the best place for him to train to play for Arsenal? How should we be using Ryo right now and over the next 12 months?

what he is getting at bolton is used to the pace and force of the FAPL, getting used to playing for points, playing in front of noisy crowds, he is getting experience

arsenal need to take it slowly with him over the next 12 months, starts in the CC and FAC, sub appearances in CL games, and FAPL games, then a start here and there in FAPL,
of course if he makes a big impact give him more of a run of games, but anyone expecting him to be a first choice started are getting ahead of themselves.

I think another loan until Christmas would do him the world of good.

Which is generally what AW always does with Arsenal youth signings (Theo, Vela, Denilson, and now AOC), so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone on why the latter hasn't had much game-time despite showing some flashes of quality in the instances he's been featured.

No Clue At All ...

It would be an interesting discussion, Rocky, to determine which of our players would NOT benefit under that other guy's management.

i agree and disagree

its about a certain players personality

henry wouldnt have been what he was under fergie

but arshavin would have been the best in the league

with ryo i dont know hhis personality

(hard work will beat talent if talent dont work hard)

didnt know fergie was a magician. you really are overrating arshavins talent. if fergie, wenger and mourinho worked on arshavin daily he wouldnt be the best player in the league
