Everton and Norwich fixtures rearranged

Arsenal’s Premier League matches away to Everton and at home to Norwich City have both been rearranged.

The Gunners visit to Goodison Park, which was originally scheduled for Saturday 17 March has been moved due to Everton’s FA Cup commitments to Wednesday 21 March, kick-off 8pm.

And Arsenal’s match with Norwich City – the final game of the season at Emirates Stadium - will now be played at the earlier time of 12.45pm on Saturday 5 May.

All Premier League fixtures scheduled for that Saturday afternoon have been moved to avoid a clash with the FA Cup Final, which kicks-off later that day at Wembley Stadium, with many postponed to Sunday 6 May. London Underground upgrading works have rendered a Sunday match in north London unfeasible though, meaning Arsenal and Norwich City will meet at Emirates Stadium on Saturday lunchtime instead.

Everton v Arsenal
Wednesday March 21 2012 (originally Saturday March 17, 2012)
Kick off: 8.00pm

Arsenal v Norwich City
Saturday May 5, 2012
Kick off: 12.45pm (originally 3.00pm)

*Signing Ozil is a signing Bergkamp type moment for Arsenal. It changes things utterly.*
