Gervinho.

What's the general opinion on him so far?

I had a discussion with one of the lads about him earlier, he was relatively critical of him but for me, he's done alright hasn't he.

In time I see him developing into a top player, he looks no less of a footballer than Nasri for example within his first six months at the club.

What are your thoughts on him?

Gervinho is playing quite well, but his inability to score is a minus. But he might develop, Henry took a while when he first came. Quite a few assists and has pace.

Arsenal is a top 16 European club that will remain a top 16 European club and the Emirates is tape-loop that will show the same drab movie for a decade.

Nothing will change except the ticket prices

For someone who's so bad at finished 4 goals isn't too dreadful. As long as he can sort that out he will be a top player for us. Just need to give him a full season to develop that though.

much like pires the first six months he was here, gervinho has shown great potential, lots of dangerous runs and getting in good scoring positions but not either finding the killer pass or the goal, hopefully like robert he will explode into the same sort of menace pires became, goals and assists galore

*Signing Ozil is a signing Bergkamp type moment for Arsenal. It changes things utterly.*

Him and walcot maybe not standing out so much themselves but we have such better balance without wide players like nasri contantly coming in and as they drag the defence RVP is profiting

I reckon he`s got the class alright.I`m sure the goals will come. What has impressed me is his pace and his ability to take the ball to the bye-line and cut it back at pace. I can remember two excellence examples of this, to feed RvP, who scored. Not just assists, but bloody good assists. He also covers and tracks back in defence, which is a huge advantage.

One thing I will give him is that he works his socks off for the team when we dont have the ball
