is this a joke or for real, if real its a nice gesture but I can not see Wenger ever using it but he should accept it

No its for real - anyone who lives in London is awarded a freedom pass on application at the age of 60.
All he needs to do is take a passport photo to his local post office and they will give it to him.

But its also a joke - I can hardly imagine him riding on the tube and leaving the limo at home

I dont think Arsene is in need of a bus pass,but he could use it to get the team across London on time,something that has not always happened.
