I was trying to think what would be the off topic thread that would most likely drive Peter Storey into a swearing frenzy and I settled on this.

I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to strong cheese so I’ll nominate a nice creamy Brie on a French stick although I’ll eat any cheese if it’s in a toastie. Cheese seems to lose its strength once it’s heated up.

What’s your favourite cheese?

Stilton but I like them all. Edam is a bit rubbery though.

I've heard CD and PK like a nice stinking bishop

well thats where you're wrong flava, becasue I dont really like cheese at all. I only like about 5 types of cheese

Mozerella
Parmesan
German smoked cheese
The cheese in MacDonalds cheeseburgers

So I am not really joining in this thread any further.

comte.

Beeeautiful french cheese. It's really nutty too.

Normally go in for blue cheeses though, and a good bottle of red.

All cheeses. I love some sweaty blue cheese and a nice bit of parmesan.

Halloumi,
Stilton
Strong Cheddar.
Can no longer eat Stilton because of health problem, used to love it with a glass of ruby port.
Now eat low fat strong cheddar, and fried Halloumi once in a blue moon

Padre

You sure it was the Stilton and not the port that was the problem.

Well I gave up the Port and the problem remained

I like Wensleydale cheese on crackers for a snack, but I eat feta the most. Have it in a salad of rocket and baby spinach with cherry tomatoes and maybe bits of chicken with balsamic vinegar as a dressing. Great combo.

Stilton, Jarlsberg, Camembert and cheeses with pepper or garlic in them. On the whole I like every cheese.

A good wet mozzarella or a strong bleu cheese are tough to beat for me. I'm with Hippo though - I'm a fan of almost all.
