I thought it was beat too BC(Sm14) Have you noticed though that in nearly all races at Wolves they never come toward the rail side that it ran wide and managed to win on? It must be something to do with coming off the bend and not wanting to lose ground coming to that rail side in the home straight; most winners are either on the opposite rail side or down the centre of the track.

We have all fired blanks today lads, nearest was Exile with a 2nd, Cables had a 3rd, FC and Soapy both had a 4th, Alfie a 5th, BC and CW unseated rider and Hales picked a non runner again.

I think that's the first time I've seen one come up the stand rail CW. Must be like you say, it's a shortish straight and they're giving a lot of ground away to go over there. On the other hand there's not that many stick tight to the far rail either. Presumably up the centre's the best place to be.

I'm giving up on you today CW.(Sm14) I wasn't surprised when our jockey fell off yesterday, were you ? For some reason the horse was jumping like it was on springs, almost straight up and down, he did well to stay on at the first imo.
