From what I’ve read I don’t think he will be moving back to Burnley. Don’t think it would be good business buying an injury prone player anyway.

Not so keen on Danny coming back, as Jilts says he is very injury prone.

Not sure Bournemouth could take the risk tbh.
Some teams have splashed the cash in the past to stay in the EPL and been relegated, then spent big in the Championship to try and win promotion and failed, it’s a big gamble for many clubs the transfer market, so buying someone with a history of injury is quite a risk imo.
Hope the lad all the best and an injury free future.

As you know I don't get to many games but from what I have seen of him he is one of the best we have had. First time we got promoted be carried the attack by himself.

I would certainly be prepared to offer him a three year contract.

Risk. Yes he carries a risk with his injuries. He is a known quantity though. Worked with Dyche and knows the club.

Any player and transfer carries a risk. Any player can miss a season through a stupid action (just ask Middlesbrough). They might not settle down in the area.

Get him signed. He is a great player, a great age and a great fit for us.
