Fantastic timing with the substitutions for King Sean, and Pope has another great game.

Unbelievable stuff! Hope SD realizes he will never have a squad of players willing to give their all like he has now - Burnley and SD made for each other (he said hoping....).

We need to stop running into blind alleys when attacking resulting too often in losing the ball and bringing ourselves back under pressure.Even though it was a fantastic win I think the opposition will think themselves very unlucky to have come up against "The Pope" when they had repeatedly penetrated that fantastic defence and got great shots away. As for Sam's headed goal, it was nothing less than top drawer and I still can't believe he managed it.Finally Defour....aside from his performance I was also very pleased to see his smiling reaction at the end of the game. He now looks a happy bunny. That same look and body language I sensed from SD when Sam scored.Walking now especially to Everton would imo be a risk too far. i think that job is for a Sam Allardyce type.
