Should Burnley try and win the cup? Or should they field a weakened team and see how far they can go, resting top players for the league?
It's a pity some clubs don't take all competitions seriously, but premier League football and European competitions is where the money is.

If Burnley was on the South coast it would have been a home tie according to Salako.

For the 2016/17 League Cup the winners received a paltry £100.000 in prize money.
FA cup winners were rewarded with £1.800.00.

Burnley will receive another windfall of over £100.000.000.for premier league survival.

I've watched the draw a dozen times now and the more I watch it the funnier it is, the guy in the middle spots something's wrong during the draw for the second tie, Salako spots it during the fourth and just says it's another one when he draws the fifth, faf.
