Yes they can, but under International Trade Rules that include tariffs because there is no trade deal between the EU and the African Union.

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows inside the Eurozone.

Eventually the penny has almost dropped
There is NO trade deals between the EU and a Brexit uK either
So Brexit Britain will be on a par with Africa

Oh and Germany could be heading towards recession soon, f**ken brilliant, capitalism is failing ‘us’ ALL, almost every country in the world the people are suffering due to the capitalist system, and the patriotic halfwits, wherever they maybe, all think it’s someone else’s fault, NO, it’s the halfwits who think they live in a democracy when they are actually living under a GLOBAL capitalist dictarship.

You have missed the point Jilted. In the event of a no deal Brexit the EU will suffer to, not just us. Remoaners seem to think we will be plunged into the dark ages on the 29th March while the EU will sail serenely on without a hitch. Having no access to our UK market is going have a knock on affect to EU economies and supply chains, so they will have shortages to.

It is in everybody’s best interest to strike a deal. The deal should be conducted between the heads of state, not the non-entities in Brussels like the drunk from Luxembourg.

I haven’t missed the point, Italy’s economy is in trouble and Germany could be heading towards recession, Greece’s economy..well, (even China’s economy has stalled, Venezuela in a bad way). The capitalism system is failing the majority of people no matter where they are, so the system needs to be changed globally, we need to work together not against each other.
A report yesterday of 1 in 3 U.K. companies looking at/thinking of/planning for relocation if a hard Brexit happens. Hard Brexit is Russian roulette and one outcome could be ‘the dark ages’. I would rather be in the EU trying for global change, rather in an uncertain Britain trying for change and it looks like big business doesn’t like uncertainty either and could move out of Britain with massive jobs losses here, more job losses less tax revenue, more austerity, more pain for Brits.
I like a gamble, but the stakes here are too big to lose.

Last week, Airbus chief executive Tom Enders said the French aerospace giant could leave its British plants if a deal isn't reached, jeopardizing 14,000 jobs and 110,000 support positions.

"The U.K.'s hard-won reputation as a stable, predictable environment for enterprise is being chipped away," Morgan said. "Our political leaders must keep this in the front of their minds as we enter this critical phase of negotiations."

It’s the moron Brexiteers that are in denial.

Gianluca de Ficchy said the decision was a mixture of investment needed for emissions regulations and reduced sales forecasts but added uncertainty over Brexit had also played a part.

Investment in British motors down 80% since BREXIT raised its ugly head.

Of course a hard Brexit will have us all eating caviar and quaffing vintage champagne, that’s what the idiotic patriots seem to think anyway.

Crisis is when the snowflake remoaners fec k off indoors and the rest of the country gets on sorting things. Democracy, community, security. And more than anything else, remoaner undemocratic gravy train losers going back to their useless unproductive lives at our expense. It will always be so they always find a way to live a good life on the back of somebody...EU wont want them when we no longer subsidise them. They will be as welcome as the Jocks of Sturgeon ilk looking for a handout. We will always find a space for you Jilts unless you have applied for a shamrock passport and want to emigrate to Eerland...............................Semi plagiarised quote "We wish the countries of the EU no ill will but it would have been better if we had never joined.". my word if only.

The farce con scam fraud that is British democracy has been laid bare for all to see. Other than to destroy or remove there is no point in voting from this time forward. For those not in the know you need to make a mental note of this name as he is your present and future master.........Martin Selmayr. Every facet of your future EU life will be directed by this person and he has big plans for us Brits, none of them to our advantage.

British democracy smiling bouncing smiley Tory, Labour, Tory, Labour, to me, to you, spend money we don’t have, austerity, spend money we don’t have, cutbacks, just goes to show how thick British people really are.
Capitalism is failing the plebs the world over, from shanty Africa and Asia, favela South America, trailer park America to homeless/food kitchen Europe, the many being shat on by the greedy few while elected leaders who sit back and stuff their own pockets.
Gotta lol at save the planet Britain, let’s fit smart meters in our houses so we can sit and watch ourselves burn money or......we can sit and freeze to death in our homes knowing we’ve done our bit to save the planet...nooooo, get the world bank to pay for cheap, clean energy supplies so we can all live comfortably before we die.
United the people can change this world for the good, divided we continue to slide down the slippery slope to hell.

Interesting programme on BBC1’s Panorama about the housing mess Britain is in, shows capitalism warts and all, money before people. One rich man and his wife with the power to evict thousands of working class people.
Numerous governments have failed to build enough social housing and have let many individuals prosper at the expense of others, pretty shocking stuff and people think Westminster is the answer to this country’s problems. (Sm102)
It’s time for change, it’s time for plebs to stand up for one another instead of letting the rich dictate and control our ‘democracy’.

Profits up 28% with thousands of jobs facing the axe.

Just wait till the banks do away with cash, small ‘cash in hand’ businesses will be crashing left, right and centre. Already people in low paid jobs are feeling the pinch as they get less tips due to people paying by plastic. Beggars, buskers, charities, prostitutes, drug dealers and many others will hit the skids when cash is abolished, ads galore on the telly about doing tax returns online, the taxman will be on the dole soon, along with cashiers, accountants as money transfers are done electronically. It’s a car crash waiting to happen, watch the crime soar as more people fight to survive and we can’t afford the polis.
Demand a guaranteed minimum income for all, now, before it’s too late.(Sm109)
