His biggest team selection of the season so far without exception in my opinion.
Who should he rely on?

Ankergren, Hughes, Naylor, Kisnorbo and Snodgrass are musts but which other players will secure the win. 7 points clear with only 9 to go is a big lead, so a win is essential.
Robinson? Kilkenny? Gradel?

My choice is
Ankergren
Bromby Naylor Kisnorbo Hughes
Snodgrass Kilkenny Doyle Robinson
Becchio Beckford

The subs are also essential and I would go for Kandol, Dickov, Gradel, McSheffrey, Johnson, White and Martin

I agree I think Robbo deserves a start.And Howson needs too be dropped.

It really is not about Grayson getting it right but more a case or the players who are suppose to be good players stepping up to the plate and playing some what close to their best. Our player seem to take it to easier most of the time and the result show this. The players need to step up not the coach or manager.

Parker isn't match fit yet since his prolonged injuries this season. It's strange to think he started as the number one left back in August. But then again, Higgs, Crowe and Marques also started whereas Showumni, Robinson and Prutton were on the bench!!!!!

The reason i chosse Gradel is.... I know he's been poor of late and i also think he needs to book his idea's up. But if i was Grayson i'd anounce the team and then have a little word with Gradel and just say to him have a go at them (milwall) and cause problems for them right for the off and show us all why he brought him to Leeds.

Yeboah I agree with both teams but chose Robinson over McSheffrey due to opposition thinking that Robbo could be better suited. However if picked I hope McSheffrey has a good game since he has the potential to make a match winning difference.

I also think a midfield of Snodgrass Robinson Doyle and McSheffrey could be very effective but doubt whether Grayson even has contemplated this option.

Expect Higgs to be back on bench difficult to drop Casper on his form

i just cannot see grayson picking robinson,hes being out of favour all season and i dont see him changing his mind,he might be a sub if hes lucky.

i like him as a player but he was out of shape earlier in season but looks fit again,maybe just maybe grayson might be tempted!!!

If we lose this millwall are 3 points off us, and we will go to noriwch, who are top of the table, low in confidence.

If we win we are 7 clear of charlton and swindon, and 9 from millwall, then will go to norwich with confidence and potentially still win the league.

Agree, gradel (after a bollocking), beckford off at half time if he is still playing crap, also would like to see robinson play, we need a strong, tough squad for them dirty basta-ds!

to be honest both gradel and robinson aint good enough for the starting 11 they are better as impact players they can change games and i would keep faith in howson and go back to the team that won us so many games i would go for

But I would like to see:

3pts would be superb of course, and leave us 7pts clear of the chasing pack with 9 games to go.

But I think that Grayson would not be too disappointed with a draw, and nor would Jackett.

So I think that it will be a tight game with defences on top.

And I'm predicting a draw - maybe even a bore draw.

But here's hoping I'm wrong, and it's a very positive peformance ending in a good win.
