Agree with Big G --- the use of Keast was a mystery to me. I just don`t ubderstand JB`s logic.
In a hard dogfight of a game with no prisoners taken, on a bumpy mudheap of a pitch pitch, to put on a featherweight like Keast on who gets blown away at the first sight of a defender was simply baffeling !!!!
Surely the experience of McLaren or the pace of PJ would have been a better option ??????
I can quite understand Mclaren not looking too pleased if Keast is being preferred to him now.
<> Why make a song and dance about signing Mclaren in the New Year when within a number of weeks he is dropped to the bench? Maybe Jimmy thinks he needs a rest/is off the boil - he has done fine up till now. This was a good chance for McLaren to reestablish himself - maybe there's more to it than what we see, does seem odd though... <>
When he got hooked at East Fife the other week after Adams sending off, he headed straight up the tunnel & didn't sit on the bench. Maybe when he signed he thought he'd be the main guy, hasn't turned out that way so far.
