Very confident okay from him. A good replacement for Joao

Another loss for the work in progress.
Good morale though,we gave it a good go...and @#$%& like this counts at the end of the day.

A rare off day for our defence,I think all three goals conceded can be prevented.

We go again,a top twelve finish is a decent aim for this season I think.

If one is allowed to dream..a cup run, please. On our day and some luck with the hat..who knows?

Wolves slip down a place in the table to 11th.
We gave it a good go, but must remember it was certainly not a Spurs first team! The penalties were earned and we had a goal wrongly chalked off for offside in the first half so it should have been a draw. However we still don't score enough goals from open play. Bonatini is definitely not the answer, but MGW acquitted himself extremely well when he replaced Joao.
Never mind - next week we go to Arsenal!!

Helder Costa and Diogo Jota has been disappointments so far this season.
I actually thinks Jimenez is doing okay,he should be on three goals by now..and add his three assists as well together with his good allround play..then I think Raul is doing allright.

Moutinho has gone off the boil a bit lately.
Neves, thus far,is not the player he was last season..let Mou take the defensive task more.
I want Ruben Neves further up the pitch.

Johnny?..I dunno, overall good defensive wise..but for my money not good enough at the other end of the pitch.

3 defeats in a row.. when is the last time we scored from open play? We need a striker big time!
I thought we played quite well but we have to stem the bleeding,,, 2 or 3 more defeats and we will be looking over our shoulder - 15 points from 11 games is nothing to get over excited about.
We gave it a right go at the end.. but my word - Spurs do have a soft underbelly , 3-0 up and they walk away lucky in the end.
Overall it is positive but we need to return to winning ways, pronto.

Another hugely frustrating defeat.

Whilst yet again we give a decent side a real game, we are just lacking that flare and composure in front of goal. I mean compare the Costa miss to the Kane goal. Added to that some really disorganised defending, in particular how we were all sucked towards the ball prior to goals 2 and 3.

Arrrg!

Mind you, it doesn’t help when the linesman f’s up a perfectly good goal. I think 1-2 at half time changes the balance significantly.

Being more positive, hard to do after 3 defeats in a row, we fought back well, kept going with a good tempo, even had Spurs on the wrack for a while in the second half but it was a mountain to climb which was just too much.

Notable excellent performance by Morgan Gibbs-White, very very good indeed.

Overall though, so disappointed, decent play, not outplayed (though honestly felt we were 2nd best) but a lessen of a similar type to Watford and Brighton - it’s goals that change matches.

Where next? Arsenal!

I’ll be there.
