No matter what people think of this chap and everyone is entitled to their opinion. I think he has done bl!!dy well for us so FAR this season!!Limited resources, we our in a great postion. He has his faults, but so does every other manager.

I, and I think every wolves fan would have taken the position we are in now before this season started. Long way to go, bot so far...so good!!!Keep up the good work boys!

Im over the moon with whats going on at Wolves, I love the club and want them to do well. I do think Micks been very very lucky in the fact that the bottom 4-5 clubs are not averaging a point a game which means 17th place will probably not achieve the magical 38-40 points that is generally required.

Its a weak league this year, alot like the year Albion stayed up on a record low 36 points. I also think he was lucky last season after the first ten games we were awful, we were no Blackburn, Bolton, WBA, Reading or Ipswich by a long shot. Also the fact that Blues and Reading had a ten game bad spell at the same time we did meant nobody over hauled us. The gods smile on some managers and I'd say Micks one of them, Fergy is a top class manager but he's had the rub of the green in the big finals for years.

The football isn't pretty, he wasted the budget on the hoff, milijas, surman, ect ect. His tactics are questionable, no plan B, keeps playing players out of position, keeps bringing Manciene on when we establish a lead, if were behind he leaves it far to late to make a change, the list goes on really. Two good results have not changed my opinion on him and even if we stay up I will believe we could of done it more comfortably with a better manager who would of signed a better pedigre of player in the summer.

Having said all that it's our first season so we need to stay up by hook or by crook so Ill take abit of over due good luck and a weak league. We will have to build next season as I feel Albion and Newcastle will be strong and raise the standard back to 40 points.

I for one have moaned about Mick at times and on the odd occasion agreed with some and thought/stated he must go. However if we had been told we would be 4 points clear of the drop with 8 games left we would have snapped it up. His job this season was to keep us up and so far we are on course for that. So to be fair he must be doing the job right.

Exeptionally well done today to Mick and the team especially when you will have heard all the experts saying that not just one, but BOTH the Villa goals were scored from an off-side position!

Also, no money has been "wasted" on any player like "Hoff" or "Milijas". Both of these players have scored goals for us this season, thereby helping our overall goal tally and some of them were match winners!

If we stay up, and I hope and pray that we do, then as far as I am concerned Mick, will be totally vindicated. I also believe that the current team is better than our previous 2003/04 team based upon the goals that we have had scored against us, our away form and the fact that we have given most of the "top teams" something to think about.

I'm currently very happy and would take the end of season today if it were possible!

SHOULD HAVE GONE TO.......

Course I would and as stated im over the moon. All Im saying is that I believe weve been lucky that the bottom 4-5 teams are not averaging a point a game and I think its been a weak league this year. If you disagree great, thats football.

ian dowie is doing us a huge favour at hull. always hated this guy but hulll have really shot themselves in the foot. the losses for burnley and west ham have made this weekend complete.

come on wolves you can do it.

there have been some worrying times, but now we are in the front seat of the rollercoaster that has been season...

I thot it would have been the same as when we were in the prem before tbh but we've made a fist of it and look to be getting stronger but if we do go down i'll be proud of the young un's , they've done their best

They will have learnt from this season (I think we will stop up) I can't see Hull or Burnley picking up many points. We only have 1 really tough game where i think we will struggle. Thats Arsenal Away. We can give any one else a good game & get a point or 3 on our day

i have questioned mick especially some of his signings which were poor.
however although we are not out of it yet,i cant think of another manager who could get so much out of our players.
he has got them giving everything they have, although lacking in quality this team is proving very hard to beat are well organised and look like a team that are happy to give their all, play their hearts out for the club and look totaly committed to the cause, for that the manager must take some credit,a long way to go but so far well done mick.

Not a bad result however it's now down to tuesday a MUST 3 point game if not then this result will have been for nothing. If he gets that right then i'll hold my hands up and never say a bad word against the man but i think my moneys safe(Sm163)
